Corporate Partnership
Benefits Program
Lighthouse Doulas offers unique postpartum and newborn care benefits that allow employers to assist employees with the support they need after a new addition to the family. Today’s busy professionals who want to experience maximum fulfillment while balancing work and family life benefit greatly from doula care.
Short of having to fire an employee, a human resource officer's next most challenging moments are the announcements: "I'm pregnant!" or "My partner is having a baby that month," or "We're adopting!" While there's a thrill of happiness for the exciting news, there's also the dread of an increased workload for someone else at the company. From an employee's perspective, many prospective parents don't want to miss too many beats at work. They may find themselves wondering how they'll juggle it all. Fortunately, Lighthouse Doulas offers a corporate partnership program that can be a safe harbor for both parties. Measurable outcomes include:
our promise that the baby will sleep 8-12 hours a night within a few short weeks
increased employee recruitment and retention
increased productivity, health, and work-life satisfaction for new parents
decreased stress and strain on working parents and their colleagues
decreased disruption to the company during family leave
Lighthouse Doulas provides flexible levels of care that can be combined to address a variety of needs. We offer a 10% corporate partnership discount on all our packages.
